Flexible polymer clay with nontoxic glaze.
This particular Neck Cuff is TEXTURED, which is different than the standard SEGMENTED. This is the first non segmented neck cuff.

Please note, while it is flexible it is not indestructible. Handle with care.
DO NOT use rubbing alcohol to clean. Do not swim or shower with the neck cuff. These and body oils can degrade the top gloss and reach the pigment. If it looses its luster there are easily accessible glosses I can recommend.
*Handmade item: Pigment may freckle in areas along with other slight irregularities
